Acrylics on Paper on cancas 12"x12" My practice explores the boundary between watery and terrestrial systems: how light, flow and sediment translate into pattern and color. I am drawn to the visual grammar of coastlines, aerial maps and weather systems, and to how material behavior—flow, pooling, separation—can depict change and movement without literal depiction. The work presents luminous, stratified surfaces that convey geological time and transient atmospheres while remaining formally abstract.
